Superyachts love Vanuatu.
Yachting World has formed an alliance with Yacht Help - Fiji to form Yacht Help - Vanuatu. Superyacht captains can smoothy transfer services when sailing between the two countries. Superyacht captains may either contact us via Yacht Help Fiji or contact us directly by phone or fax (+687 23273), email or on VHF Ch.16 on arrival.
Superyachts normally anchor in the outer harbour just to the NW of the quarantine buoy. There is good holding here and swinging room for several Superyachts. Because of the overhead wire that blocks the inner harbour, Superyachts require special refuelling and clearance procedures.
Once you arrive, or when you approach, call Yachting World on VHF Ch. 16 between 08:00 and 17:00 hrs. We are closed on Sunday and public holidays and open Saturday till 12:00.
Our friendly staff will contact the Customs and Quarantine officials and then bring them out to your vessel where you are anchored. Our staff will also help you with any requirements you may have - disposal of your rubbish, obtaining duty free Diesel by tanker truck, and so on.
You can drop off passengers with your tender at either the Yachting World Diesel Dock or the Dinghy Dock at the Waterfront Bar and Grill.
We look forward to seeing you in Vanuatu.
